Wanna make a return? No big deal! Here's how:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any item within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it.
Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges on the returned shipments and please contact us for the return address. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
All refunds are processed back through to your original payment method. A refund to your credit card may take up to five days to be credited to your statement, depending on your bank.
For Digital Products
Our refund policy is simple. If the account is banned or you have problems with the account which cannot be solved within 14 days of purchase, we will happily offer you a replacement account in return or a refund if requested.
We are only able to offer a replacement once. Anytime after the 14 days that account is your personal responsibility and we have no protection over what happens to it. Also if the second account you receive has issues we cannot provide another replacement.
To be eligible for a refund your item must in the original condition that you received it.
